- The entire case has been built around a minor called Vyom and a girl Arunima.
- Among the key players of the whole incident are Mr. Sanjit Shah of Star Plus (the key organizer from India) and Mr. “Hassan Ishaan” of Next Group (the key
organizer from Maldives).

- Booked a secluded resort – away from the venue of the show.
- Booked ticket of only one adult singer Ishmeet Singh much before the actual show on 1st August
- Purposely kept Ishmeet’s early arrival - a closely guarded secret not even revealing the reception and manager of Chaaya Island Resort about the celebrity.
- Decided to bear the stay expenses (in US dollars) at the elite Resort unnecessarily for extra days which made no economic sense [ - or may be there were, in fact, no extra days in the end].
