  • Not even a member of Indian Contingent committed seeing Vyom and Arunima with Ishmeet
  • Rendering, Vyom and Arunima in the role of “self styled witness” of the entire happeni
 
Contradictory Statements Vyom and Arunima !
Written statement provided by Vyom to the Indian High Commission states that “ I (Vyom), Arunima and Ishmeet went inside the pool” whereas Vyom’s statement to the police in Maldives, he stated that “I went to Resort’s swimming pool with Ishmeet Singh” which are contradictory.
 
 
Vyom caught in live TV discussion with Dr. Charan Kamal Singh
  • In a live discussion on mh1 live TV discussion, Dr. Charan Kamal Singh uncle of Ishmeet Singh asked Vyom “How were injuries produced on Ishmeet Singh face?”. Vyom’s replied “I have no idea”.
  • 2nd Question: “What was Ishmeet Singh wearing?” Vyom replied “Red T Shirt.” When countered, that others in the swimming pool said that he was not, Vyom immediately contradicted himself saying “I am not sure”.
 
 
Contradictory Statement of Sanjit Shah !
Sanjit Shah of the Indian troupe had personally informed father of Ishmeet Singh in Delhi while handing over the body of Ishmeet Singh that at the time of incident, they were busy in meeting with the local organizer. However, the local organizer informed the family delegation that he did not at all had any meeting with the Indian delegation at the time of the incident except phone calls with Sanjit at 2.30 pm
